摘要
本文考察了不同分子量壳聚糖对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌抑菌性能 ,初步找出了壳聚糖分子量和浓度对抗菌抑菌作用的影响 ,提出了壳聚糖的抗菌机理。研究发现 :分子量在 3 0万以下时 ,壳聚糖对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用随分子量减小而逐渐减弱 ;对大肠杆菌分子量越小 ,抗菌作用越明显。
The antimicrobial activity of chitosan with different molecular weight was studied. E.colii and St.aureus were used as experimental microbial. The effects of the concentration and molecular weight of chitosan were tested respectively and the antimicrobial mechanism was proposed. It was found that for the chitosan with molecular weight under 300,000, the antimicrobial activity for St. aureus would be strengthened with increasing the MW of chitosan. On the contrast, the antimicrolical activity for E.coli would become weaker.
