摘要
目的:评估单极水冷射频模式治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:2009年8月~2011年9月,169例颈椎间盘突出症患者,在C型臂x线机、CT或DSA引导下行经皮穿刺单极水冷射频模式治疗颈椎间盘突出症。评价术后6个月临床症状的改善情况和手术前后视觉模拟评分(visualanaloguescale,VAS)的变化。结果:术后6个月167例疗效优良,优良率为98.8%。与治疗前VAS评分(7.8土0.4)相比,治疗后VAS评分(1.5±0.3)降低(P〈0.01)。结论:经皮穿剌单极水冷射频模式治疗颈椎间盘突出症具有操作简单、易于掌握、创伤小、不影响脊柱生物力学稳定性、无严重并发症等特点,是一种可供临床选用的、效果确切又较为理想的颈椎间盘突出症治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of percutaneous monopole cooled radiofrequency on cervical disc herniation. Methods: From August 2009 to September 2011, 169 patients diagnosed as cervical disc herniation were given percutaneous monopole cooled radiofrequency guided by C-arm, CT or DSA. The clinical effects and visual analogue scale (VAS) were evaluated. Results: 167 out of 169 patients obtained excellent or good result after six month treatment. The total excellent or good rate was 98.8%. Compared with the VAS before treatment (7.8 ± 0.4), the VAS after six months (1.5 ±0.3) was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Percutaneous monopole cooled radiofrequency is a clinical available, effective and fairly ideal method for treating pure herniated cervical disc with the characteristics of simple to perform, easy to master, minimally invasive, without affection on spinal kinetic stability and serious complications.
