摘要
图书馆的隐性知识在图书馆开展的知识服务、促进自身发展中发挥着重要的作用,对图书馆馆员的隐性知识进行评价具有重要的意义。本文通过建立图书馆馆员的隐性知识评价指标体系,采用德菲尔法和模糊综合评判的方法对隐性知识进行评价,同时指出模糊综合评价馆员隐性知识的优缺点。
The individual's tacit knowledge have played important role in knowledge services and self- devdopment of university library. The evaluation of the tacit knowledge of librarians was important. The tacit knowledge of librarians measurement indicators were established and the Defei'er and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluated the tacit knowledge of librarians in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy measure of tacit knowledge of librarians were pointed out.
