摘要
目的为了解我市公共场所从业人员吸烟现状及相关知识情况，给今后的干预工作提供依据。方法参照有关资料自行设计调查问卷为调查表。采用随机抽样方法，由经过培训的调查员进行面对面调查。结果公共场所从业人员吸烟率为39．60％（1398／3530）其中男性吸烟者1287人，吸烟率为60．79％（1363／2242）；女性吸烟者35人．吸烟率为2．72％（35／1288）男性吸烟率明显高于女性，差异有统计学意（x2=18．33，P〈0．05）。吸烟相关知识与态度方面，认为“吸烟是一种社交需要”、“吸烟可缓解压力”回答“是”分别为86．35％和81．02％，“吸烟有害健康”、“被动吸烟对健康有害”分别为78．30％和72．55％：特剐值得关注的是“赞同公共场所禁止吸烟”的仅为52．10％；知道“吸烟成瘾是一种慢性疾病”的仅为32．15％；“近期是否打算戒烟”回答“是”的仅为21．64％。结论男性吸烟状况比较严重，特别是公共场所从业人员，文化程度低，年轻人居多．大部分人认为吸烟是一种社交需要，吸烟可缓解压力。
OBJECTIVE In order to know the city public places personnel smoking status and related knowledge, to provide the basis for future interventions work. METHODS With reference to the relevant data to design questionnaire questionnaire, using random sampling method, by trained interviewers conducted face-to-face survey. RESULTS Public places personnel smoking rate was 39.60% （1 398/3 530） of which 1 287 male smokers, smoking rate was 60.79% （1 363/2 242）; 35 female smokers, smoking rate was 2.72% （35/1 288） smoking prevalence in males was significantly higher in females, the difference was statistically significant（x2=18.33, P〈0.05）. Smoking related knowledge and attitude, think ＂smoking is a social needs＂ , ＂smoking can relieve stress＂ answer ＂yes＂ were 86.35% and 81.02%, ＂smoking is harmful to your health＂ , ＂passive smoking is harmful to health＂ were 78.30% and 72.55%; of particular concern is the ＂agree to ban smoking in public places .＂ only 52.10%; know that ＂addiction is a chronic disease＂ only 32.15%＂ ; whether the intention to quit smoking＂ answer ＂yes＂ to only 21.64%. Conclusions Smoking status is more serious, especially in public places personnel, low level of education, mostly young people, most people think that smoking is a kind of social needs, smoking can relieve stress.
