摘要
用热分析技术和反应色谱等手段及催速老化法对加氢裂化催化剂的积炭行为进行了研究 .结果发现 :对所涉及的几种不饱和烯烃反应物而言 ,随着碳链长度的增长 ,催化剂积炭量略有降低 ;对直链烷烃反应物 ,碳链越长则催化剂积炭量越多 ,且分布于催化剂所有的孔内 ;在碳数相同的情况下 ,烯烃的不饱和度越大越容易积炭 .
The coke deposition behavior of hydrocracking catalyst has been studied using TG and microreactor. For reactant alkenes, the amount of coke deposited on the catalyst is slightly decreased with the increase of carbon chain length; for reactant alkanes, the amount of coke deposited on the catalyst is remarkably increased with the increase of carbon chain length, and the coke tends to deposit into macropores of the catalyst. If the carbon chain length of the reactants is the same, the more double bonds they have, the more coke deposits onto the catalyst.
