摘要
在对物流行业特征及对人才素质能力要求分析的基础上,总结提出了物流人才应具备的知识、素质能力基础,并就如何建立和完善人才培养体系及加强开展有针对性的人才培养提出了对策建议,对于科学开展物流人才培养进行了有益的思考与探索。
On the basis of an analysis of the characteristics of the logistics industry and its requirement on professional qualification, we summarized the necessary knowledge and quality of the logistics talent and presented countermeasures and suggestions for establishing and improving the talent training system and for making the talent training process more clear-targeted.
