摘要
目的观察硅凝胶敷料联合压力治疗对四肢烧伤后瘢痕增生的防治效果。方法 2008年1月至2011年12月期间我院四肢深度烧伤患者76例,使用硅凝胶敷料联合压力治疗的36例,对照组40例未实施任何治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后4w、12w观察瘢痕增生及局部症状改善情况。结果治疗前两组间温哥华瘢痕量表总分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗4w、12w后两组间温哥华瘢痕量表总分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论硅凝胶敷料联合压力治疗对四肢烧伤后瘢痕增生具有良好的防治作用。
Objective To observe the silicone gel dressing combined with pressure treatment on the control effect of the limbs burn scar formation. Methods 76 cases of limb deep burn in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were selected, among which 36 cases received silicone gel dressing combined with pressure treatment, while 40 cases of the control group received no treament. The scar formation and local symptoms before the treatment, 4 w and 12 w after the treatment were observed. Results The difference of total Vancouver scar score between two groups before the treatment was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. The difference of total Vancouver scar score between two groups 4 w and 12 w after the treatment was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Silicon gel dressings combined pressure treatment limbs burn scar formation has good preventive and therapeutic effect.
