摘要
在OCR系统中,倾斜校正是非常重要的一个步骤。首先提出了方向白游程的概念。然后提出了基于方向白游程的计算倾斜角度的算法。最后通过对图像做以图像中心为坐标原点的旋转达到倾斜校正的目的。实验结果表明该算法能够准确地校正倾斜的图像。
In an Optical Character Recognition system, skew correction is an important procedure. An item called directional white run-length (DWRL) is proposed first. Then a DWRL-based algorithm for skew angle calculation is proposed. Finally, skew correction is achieved by image rotation with image center being the coordinate origin. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can properly correct a skew image.
