摘要
目的:探讨小切口胆囊切除术(Minilaparotomy Cholecystectomy,MC)在基层医院的临床应用。方法:对行小切口胆囊切除术261例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:全组MC手术成功256例,术中延长切口5例;术后并发症:切口感染3例,脂肪液化2例,经对症处理痊愈出院。结论:小切口胆囊切除术具有切口小、创伤小、恢复快,费用低等优点,适合在基层医院推广应用。
Objective：To explore the application of minilaparotomy cholecysteetomy（MC） in primary hospital. Methods： The clinical data of 261 patients receiving MC were analyzed. Results： MC was successful in 256 cases, the incision was lengthened in 5 eases, postoperative complications： incision infection in 3 eases, wound fat liquefaction in 2 cases, were discharged after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions：Minilaparotomy Cholecysteetomy is associated with small incisions, less trauma, quick recovery and low cost. It is worth to be applied in primary hospital.
