摘要
肉兔因其在所有动物肉制品的氨基酸含量最高．脂肪和胆固醇含量最低等优点．倍受消费者青睐，目前国内外市场行情日益看好．肉兔养殖已成为畜牧业中的重要产业。为了选择最佳肉兔品种．作者分对同一肉兔养殖场养殖的相同日龄、营养水平和饲养管理条件下不同的肉兔品种的肉兔进行了集中屠宰测定．现将肉兔屠宰测定情况报告于后．供业内人士参考。
