摘要
抗磷脂抗体阳性的妊娠丢失是自身免疫性流产中最为常见的一种,抗磷脂抗体阳性者孕妇发生死胎率可达70%,中医药治疗本病具有良好的效果。本文就近年来中医药治疗抗磷脂抗体致妊娠丢失,从治法、方药等方面加以综述,为科研和临床医疗工作提供帮助。
The pregnancy loss induced by antiphospholipid syndrome is the most common form of autoimmune abortion. For pregnant women with positive antiphospholipid antibody, still birth rate can go up to 70%. The efficacy of TCM therapy is satis- factory in its treatment. This paper summarizes TCM therapy and the commonly used prescription in recent years to provide some reference for future research and clinical treatment.
