摘要
目的了解甘肃省天水市结核病患者合并糖尿病的现状及预防相关知识行为,为有效开展结核病合并糖尿病防治的健康教育和健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对天水市1 080名肺结核病患者进行问卷调查和血糖的测定。比较不同年龄、性别的糖尿病检出率,同时进行相关分析。结果调查对象中共检出糖尿病患者90例,检出率为8.3%;其中男性为10.0%,女性为5.4%,男性高于女性(2=7.04,P=0.008);不同年龄段结核病人糖尿病检出率差异有统计学意义(2=9.43,P=0.009)。肺结核病患者对糖尿病知识的总知晓率为26.2%,吸烟率为33.8%。结论结核病患者糖尿病防治知识的掌握及行为现状不容乐观,应加强针对结核病患者糖尿病健康促进和健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the diabetes epidemic characteristics and related knowledge and behavior of diabetes prevention in TB patients in Tianshui City of Gansu Province,in order to provide effective implementation of health education and promotion on TB patients with diabetes control.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 080 TB patients by using random cluster sampling method.Then,their blood glucose were determined.The detection rate of diabetes among different ages and genders were compared.Results There were 90 TB patients got diabetes,the detection rate was 8.3%;the detection rate of men（10.0%） was significantly higher than that of women（5.4%）,（χ2=7.04,P=0.008）,there were significant differences in the diabetes detection rate among different age groups（χ2=9.43,P=0.009）.The awareness rate of diabetes among TB patients was 26.2%,smoking rate was 33.8%.Conclusions The knowledge and behavior situation of diabetes control among TB patients is un-optimistic.Health promotion and education on diabetes control should be enhanced among TB patients.
