摘要
针对挤压成形过程中,整体式凹模强度不足的缺点,设计了双层预应力组合凹模,经过理论计算得出了合理的过盈量、接触应力等,并借助ANSYS Workbench有限元平台对过盈配合进行非线性接触分析,验证了预应力组合凹模的优越性,为实际生产提供了有价值的参考。
According to the undercapacity of integral female die in extrusion forming process,the two layers of prestressed sectional female die was designed. The reasonable interferenc, e and contact stress etc. was obtained by theoretical calculation, the non-linear contact analysis of interference fit was accomplished by ANSYS Workbench finite element platform, the advantages of prestressed sectional female die was verified,provides valuable reference for practical production.
