摘要
目的:探讨400例肺癌患者围手术期的观察分析及护理体会。方法:选择2010年1月-2011年1月在笔者所在医院收治的400例肺癌手术治疗患者,行全肺切除100例,肺叶或双肺叶切除250例,单纯剖胸探查50例。本组有20例进行支气管袖状切除,16例兼作胸壁部分切除,16例从心包内处理肺血管,围手术期对其细心观察和细致护理。结果:所有患者均痊愈出院,无一例死亡,术后有2例患者发生肺部感染,2例患者发生胸腔积液。结论:肺癌患者的康复和治疗不单单只需要精湛的手术技术,同时也与护理人员在围手术期的观察护理工作密不可分。
Objective ：On 400 cases of patients with lung cancer during operation period of observation and nursing experience.Methods ：In 2010January -2011 year in January in the hospital treated 400 cases of lung cancer patients with operation treatment, line 100 cases of pneumonectomy, lobectomy or double lobectomy in 250 cases, purely thoracotomy in 50 cases. There were 20 cases of bronchial sleeve resection, 16 cases as the chest wall was partially resected, 16 cases from the intrapericardial pneumonectomy, surround operation period to the careful observation and careful nursing.Results ： After operation resection in the treatment of all patients were all cured and discharged, no deaths, there were 2 postoperative patients with lung infection complication, 2 cases occurred in patients with pleural effusion complication.
