厌氧折流板反应器—生物接触氧化组合工艺处理生活污水研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-生物接触氧化组合工艺(以下简称组合工艺)进行生活污水处理试验研究,确定最佳水力停留时间(HRT),在此基础上考察组合工艺对生活污水COD、SS和TN的去除效果。结果表明:(1)组合工艺最佳反应条件为组合工艺HRT 20h(ABR段HRT 15h,生物接触氧化池段HRT 5h)、温度14℃。(2)在最佳反应条件下,组合工艺对生活污水COD、SS具有良好的去除效果,COD、SS去除率平均分别为81.0%、95.8%;对生活污水TN去除效果较差,去除率平均仅为64.7%。 The process of anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) combined with bio-contact oxidation was applied for the treatment of domestic sewage. The optimum hydraulic retention time (HRT) was determined, and the COD, SS, TN removal efficiency of the combination process was investigated. Results showed that the optimum operation conditions of combination process were HRT 20 h (15 h for ABR process and 5 h for bio-contact oxidation process) and 14℃. Under these conditions, the combination process presented perfect COD, SS removal efficiency with the average COD, SS removal rate was 81.0% ,95.8% respectively. TN removal efficiency of the combination process was unsatis- factory,for the average TN removal rate was only 64.7%.
