摘要
目的比较耳穴贴压和耳穴按摩治疗高血压的即时降压效应。方法将152例高血压患者根据就诊顺序,随机分为耳穴贴压组和耳穴按摩组,耳穴贴压组84例采用耳穴贴压,耳穴按摩组68例采用耳穴按摩,观察比较两组治疗后即刻、10 min的血压。结果两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均有明显下降(P<0.01);耳穴贴压组治疗后即刻差值与耳穴按摩组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);耳穴贴压组治疗后10 min,各级高血压总有效率有显著差异(P<0.01),以2级高血压降压为最明显。结论耳穴贴压组与耳穴按摩组对降低高血压均有一定疗效,但耳穴贴压组较耳穴按摩组影响更大,并且治疗后血压能在短时间内维持一定水平。且在耳穴贴压10 min时,2级高血压降压效应显著。说明耳穴贴压降低高血压优于耳穴按摩,按摩耳背沟、角窝上对降低高血压有一定疗效。
Objective To compare the instant antihypertensive effect of auricular point sticking with that of auricular point massage in treating hypertension. Method Totally 152 patients with hypertension were randomized into an auricular point sticking group and an auricular point massage group according to the visiting sequence. 84 cases in the former group received auricular point sticking while 68 cases in the latter group received auricular point massage. The blood pressures of immediately after treatment and 10 min after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Result After treatment, systolic and diastolic pressures dropped significantly in both groups （P〈0.01）; in comparing the real-time change of blood pressure, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）; in the auricular point sticking group, 10 min after treatment, the comparison of total effective rate showed significant differences among various grades of hypertension （P〈0.01）, and the grade 2 hypertension stood first on the list. Conclusion Both auricular point sticking and massage are effective in lowering high blood pressure, while the former treatment can achieve greater effect and can keep the blood pressure stable for a certain period after treatment. The antihypertensive effect of auricular point sticking on grade 2 hypertension is significant 10 min after treatment. It suggests that auricular point sticking is superior to auricular point massage in lowering high blood pressure, though applying massage to Erbeigou （Ps） and Jiaowoshang （TF 1） has certain effect on lowering high blood pressure.
