摘要
稀土精矿浓硫酸高温焙烧过程中会产生大量含氟、硫的废气,经喷淋后生成氢氟酸和硫酸的混合溶液,这些废弃物中含有大量氟、硫等有用的化学物质,但不易分离,回收困难,至今仍未实现有效的回收利用或合理处置,因而基本上全部排入环境,造成了严重的环境污染和资源浪费,制约着稀土工业的长期稳定发展.本文结合包头稀土精矿硫酸高温焙烧过程中产生的含氟尾气污染现状、现有治理方法及效果,以回收利用为目标,提出了包头稀土精矿硫酸高温焙烧产生的尾气中氟污染治理的有效途径.
In the smelting process of rare earth by using concentrated sulfuric acid, large amounts of fluoride- and sulfur- containing exhaust gas are generated. Separation and recovery of these substances are difficult. These substances cause seri- ous environmental pollution and resource waste. All these problems restrict the sustainable development of rare earth indus- try. In view of the above-mentioned facts, this paper puts forward an effective way to control fluoride pollution in the smelt- ing process of rare earth by using concentrated sulfuric acid.
