摘要
目的探讨微型横切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝的临床意义。方法对我院2004年6月至2010年5月采用微型横切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝231例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术时间8～20min,平均11min;住院时间6.5～24.0h,平均10.3h;皮肤切口微小隐蔽,无需缝合。术后随访3d至6年,平均3.1年,1例一侧术后1年复发,未出现其他并发症。结论微型横切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝损伤轻,恢复快,费用低,切口微小美观,是一种安全实用的治疗小儿斜疝微创手术方法。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of micro-incisional high ligation hernia sac surgery in the treatment of pediatric indirect hernia. Methods A total of 231 cases from June 2004 to May 2010 treated with pediatric indirect hernia by micro-incisional high ligation surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The surgical time was from 8 to 20 minutes with a mean of 11 minutes. The hospitalization time was from 6.5 hours to 24 hours with a mean of 10.3 hours. The incision in the skin was minor without sutures. The follow-up period was from 3 to 6 years, with a mean of 3.1 years. The hernia recurred at one side only in one case after one year. Other surgical complications were not found. Conclusions The method of micro-incisional high ligation hernia sac surgery in the treatment of pediatric indirect hernia owns minor injury only ,with rapid recovery, low-cost and mini incisions, which is safe and practical method as the minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of patients with pediatric indirect hernia.
