摘要 为研究N,P营养盐的释放与环境因子、叶绿素之间的关系,采用实验室模拟法研究了环境条件变化对东湖子湖底泥释放的影响,同时采用相关分析法对数据进行处理。结果表明,通过chl a与上覆水中营养物质的相关分析,发现Chl a与TP、溶解性磷(DTP)呈显著的负相关,与TN呈负相关,说明对此污染严重的城市湖泊而言,N,P的升高对Chl a有一定的抑制的作用;同时发现P是该湖藻类植物生长的限制性因素。通过环境因子与上覆水中营养物质的相关分析发现:温度对于营养元素的释放有重要的影响,并且随着温度的升高,N,P营养盐的释放速率加快;而DO和pH值对营养元素释放的影响较小。 In order to study the relationship among release of nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus), environmental factors and chlorophyll-a, laboratory simulation was carried out to investigate the impact of environmental change on the release of sediment pollutants in Donghu Lake. The data were processed using correlation analysis method. Through the correlation between chlorophyll-a and nutrients in overlying water, it was found that chlorophyll-a and TP, Soluble phosphorus are extremely negatively correlated, while chlorophyll-a and TN are negatively correlated, which means that the increasing of N and P has some suppression on chlorophyll-a. It was also found that P is the limiting factor of algae growth in Donghu Lake. By analyzing the correlation between environmental factors and nutrients in overlying water, the results showed that temperature has an important effect on the release of nutrients, and the release rate accelerated as the temperature increased; while the dissolved oxygen and pH has less impact on nutrients.
