摘要
研究了用AAS型连续流动分析仪快速测定酒中总酸的方法。结果表明,在0-1.2g/L线性范围内该方法能够快速、准确地测定样品中总酸的含量,标准曲线相关系数达0.999以上,平均回收率在101.3514-103.8117%之间,精密度在0.3388-0.7068%之间,其最低检出限为0.007807g/L。与传统的指示剂法相比,该方法具有快速、省时、试剂耗量低、自动化程度高等优点。
A method of rapidly determined was studied the total acid of liquor by using AAS Continuous Flow Ana-lyzer. The results showed that this method could rapidly and accurately determined the total acid content of sample liquor within 0-1.2g/L linear range and it's standard curve correlation coefficient surpass 0.999. The average recovery was 101.3514-103.8117%, and the precision was 0.3388-0.7068%, and the minimum detection limit was 0.007807g/L. Compared with the traditional indicator method, it was provided with the advantages of high-speed, time-saving, low reagents consumption and high automation.
