Determination of Arsenic of Tobacco by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法测定烟草中痕量砷:空心阴极灯电流130n1A,开启高强度模式,检测器电压为320V,载气与保护气流速分别为200、700mL/min,添加硫脲一抗坏血酸预还原样品中的As5+,方法检出限为0.034ng/mL,线性相关系数为0.999。测试4种市售香烟,测试变异系数为1.34%-4.55%,加标回收率97.7%-100.2%,方法适用于烟草中砷的测定。 Trace arsenic in tobacco was determinated by means of atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion. The instrument parameters were as following: hollow cathode lamp current and detector voltage at 130 mA and 320 V with high intensity mode, and flow rate of Carrier gas and protecting gas at the velocity of flow of 200 mL/min and 700 mL/min respectively. Thiourea and ascorbic acid were added into sample, and arsenic was reduced from As5+ to As3+ before test by AFS. The detection limit was 0.034 ng/mL and linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. Four different tobaccos were tested, the Coefficient of variation (CV) and the recovery rate of this method were between 1.34% and 4.55% and from 97.7% to 100.2% respectively. The method is suitable for arsenic determination of tobacco.
