摘要
在实际工程应用中,经常使用不规则形状薄板,而且它们的受力情况相当复杂,利用弹性力学的传统计算方法根本找不到解析解,而有限元法为这些实际问题的解决提供了新的思路。以板梁式吊钩的内侧板为实例,以弹性平面问题的有限元法为理论基础,利用ANSYS软件建立了不规则形状薄板的有限元模型,并对其进行了平面应力分析,得到了内侧板的位移场分布图及等效应力场分布图,为板梁式吊钩的结构设计提供了理论依据,同时也为其它不规则形状薄板的受力分析提供了行之有效的方法。
In practical engineering applications,the thin sheets with irregular shape are often used,and the force exerted on them is quite complicated.The analytical solutions can't be found by the traditional methods of elastic mechanics.But the finite element method offers new ideas to solve practical problems.Taking the inside-plate of the hook with plate-beam structure as an example,based on the theoretical basis of the finite element method to the in-plane elastic problem,a finite element model of thin sheet with irregular shape is established by making use of ANSYS software.And the in-plane stress analysis is made to it.The contour diagrams of displacement and equivalent stress are obtained.This work offers not only a theoretical basis for the structural design of the hook with plate-beam structure,but also an effective way for the mechanical analysis of the other thin sheet with irregular shape.
