摘要
介绍了快速凝固技术的技术特点及性能特征,综述了快速凝固铝合金材料的制备工艺并分析了快速凝固制备耐热铝合金、耐磨铝硅合金、低密度铝锂合金的发展历程、结构特点、制备理论及工艺,最后点明了快速凝固技术的不足之处和其发展前景。
The technical characteristics and performance characteristics of rapid solidification technology was introduced, an of rapid solidification aluminum alloy preparation process was overviewed and the development process, structural characteristics , preparation theory and process of rapidly solidified alloy prepared by heat, wear-resistant aluminum-silicon alloy, low-density aluminum-lithium alloy were analyzed. In addition,the inadequacies and their development prospects were also summarized.
