摘要 [目的]构建携带人HGFK1基因的病毒穿梭载体pDC316-HGFK1。[方法]通过RT-PCR方法从人新鲜胎盘组织中扩增出HGFK1基因,构建pDC316-HGFK1病毒穿梭载体,经PCR、酶切、测序等方法进行鉴定。[结果]酶切、PCR及测序证实pDC316-HGFK1载体序列正确。[结论]成功构建pDC316-HGFK1病毒穿梭载体,可为后续病毒包装及对肝癌细胞的生物学影响研究奠定基础。
