摘要
研究了二甲基硅油的运动黏度及其与蜡的配比对双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜光学性能和摩擦因数的影响。结果表明,随着二甲基硅油/蜡配比的增大,BOPP薄膜的静摩擦因数和动摩擦因数分别由0.31和0.19减小到0.22和0.18;加入少量蜡能使薄膜的光学性能保持稳定;二者之间的协同作用确保了爽滑母料优良的综合使用性能;在二甲基硅油/蜡配比相同的条件下,随着二甲基硅油运动黏度的增加,25d后BOPP薄膜的静摩擦因数和动摩擦因数分别下降了7.4%和10.5%,但光学性能变化不大。
In this article, effects of ratio of dimethyl silicone oil to wax and kinematic viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil on optical properties and coefficient of friction were studied. It indicated that with the increase of dimethyl silicone oil, the static and dynamic friction coefficient of the films decreased from 0. 31 and 0. 19 to 0. 22 and 0. 18, and a small amount of wax could maintain a relatively stable optical properties, the synergistic effect between dimethyl silicone oil and wax ensured the comprehensive use of the master batch. With the same ratio of dimethyl silicone oil to wax and increase of the kinematic viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil, the static and dynamic friction coefficient of the films decreased by 7.4%~ and 10. 5%, respectively, while little effect on the optical properties.
