摘要
伴随全球超高层建筑高度的不断刷新,高性能混凝土超高泵送技术成为其施工特点。介绍了目前世界上超高建筑施工中高性能混凝土的配制及其超高泵送技术,其次结合中国建筑第四工程局近期承建的广州珠江新城西塔工程(建筑高度:440.7 m)和深圳京基100大厦(建筑高度:441.8 m),阐述了上述工程中高性能混凝土配合比、拌合物性能、泵送设备选型等关键技术。
Along with the height of the global ultra-high building continuously breaks,high performance concrete pumping technologyhas become one of its construction characteristics.This paper firstly introduces this technology usedin the high building construction in the world at present.Secondly combined with Guaagzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower (building height:440.7 m) and Shenzhen King-key 100 Project (building height:441.8 m) which were constructed by China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Co. ,Ltd,thekey technology such as the preparation of high performance concrete,properties of fresh concrete and selection of pumping equipment type were also introduced.
