摘要
以锆的无机盐ZrOCl2.8H2O为前驱体,以氨水为沉淀剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化锆。凝胶经干燥后,在流动氮气气氛或静态空气气氛中,在不同温度下进行热处理。采用激光粒度仪、综合热分析仪和X射线衍射仪对所制备的粉末进行表征。讨论干燥方式和热处理温度对粒径的影响。结果表明:相同温度下醇凝胶流动氮气条件下所制氧化锆粒径、比表面积优于水凝胶在静态空气下所制氧化锆;随着热处理温度地升高,颗粒粒径相应增大,比表面积则相应减小。
Using zirconium salts(ZrOCl2·8H2O) as precursors and precipitant,nano-zirconia powder was prepared by sol-gel method.After drying,in flowing nitrogen atmosphere or static atmosphere,the gel was annealed at different temperatures.Laser particle size analyzer,comprehensive thermal analyzer and XRD were used to characterize it.The impact of different drying methods and temperature on the size of nano-zirconia powder was discussed.The results show that at the same temperature,the size and specific surface area of zirconia particle prepared in flowing nitrogen atmosphere is better than that in static atmosphere.The particle size increases with the temperature increasing,but the specific surface area reduces.
