沙利度胺联合他克莫司治疗嗜酸粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生一例

摘要
患者男，30岁。闪左耳廓，耳旁红色丘疹，伴瘙痒1年，于2011年4月来我院门诊就诊：患者1年前无明显诱斟于耳廓Hj现绿豆大红色丘疹，伴阵发性瘙痒，抓破后容易出血，表面有血痂。1年来丘疹渐渐增多、增大并蔓延至耳旁皮损。既往史无特殊。体检：各系统检仓未见异常。皮肤科检查：左耳廓，耳旁可见散在红色半球形匠疹，直径0．2-0．5cm，质地较硬，部分皮损上有血痂，密集分布，部分发生融合，
