摘要
文章通过分析大型航天器研制设施项目的建设特点,对因技术变更造成的技术状态控制问题,提出借鉴型号研制技术状态管理模式予以解决的方法。同时,对建设项目文件管理中存在的有关问题提出改进建议。
This paper first analyzes the features of large-scale spacecraft research and manufacture（RM） facility development program.To tackle with the problem of the technical status control for changes in technical status,it is suggested to use the related managerial experience in the spacecraft model development.Finally,some issues about the program file management are discussed.
