摘要
在水平井压裂施工过程中,喷砂器出现严重偏磨现象。利用FLUENT软件中的离散相模型、冲蚀磨损模型,结合冲刷磨损试验结果,对冲蚀磨损模型中的系数进行修正,对喷砂器的内部流场及内外壁的磨损规律进行数值模拟,分析得到了喷砂器产生偏磨现象的原因,可为水平井压裂施工提供理论指导。
For the horizontal well fracturing process, serious eccentric wear phenomenon bypass crossover appeared device. Numerical simulation was carried out by using CFD software FLUENT with discrete phase model and erosion model in which the factor was corrected by the results of e-rosion wear test. The internal flow field and wear law of inter and outer surface in bypass cross-over were studied. The reason for eccentric wear phenomenon was obtained and it could provide theoretical guidance for horizontal well fracturing.
