摘要
目的观察针刺联合中药熏眼治疗青少年近视的临床疗效。方法选择5～20岁青少年单纯近视患儿共109例(218只眼),随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用针刺攒竹、丝竹空、四白、风池、足三里、光明穴,并联合明目熏洗液外用熏眼治疗,对照组给予患眼点1%阿托品眼膏治疗,2组均治疗9个疗程,共观察3个月。2组患儿治疗前、后分别进行裸眼视力及屈光度的检查。结果试验组:治愈28只眼,好转62只眼,未愈18只眼,有效率83.3%;对照组:治愈13只眼,好转32只眼,未愈65只眼,有效率40.9%。试验组好于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(χ2=109.151,P<0.05)。对不同年龄、近视程度患儿的疗效分析显示,年龄小、轻度近视患儿的疗效明显优于年龄较大、中度近视的患儿。结论针刺联合中药熏眼治疗青少年近视的短期及远期疗效均好于局部使用阿托品眼膏,加之患儿依从性较高,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigating eyes for treatment of adolescent myopia.METHODS One hundred and nine（218 eyes）5~20 years old adolescent simple myopia children,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given acupuncture treatment on cuanzhu（BL2）,sizhukong（TE23）,sibai（ST2）,fengchi（GB20）,zulanli（ST36）,guangming（GB37）and the herbal lotion steaming the eyes externally.The control group was given 1% atropine treatment.Both groups were treated for nine courses and were observed for three month.Visual acuity and refractive check were carried out before and after treatment.RESULTS Vision： The experimental group：28 eyes were cured,62 eyes improved,18 eyes unchanged,with an effective rate of 83.3%;the control group： 13 eyes were cured,32 eyes improved,65 eyes unchanged,with an effective rate of 40.9%.The experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（χ2=109.151,P0.05）.At the same time,the age of the child,the degree of myopia and curative effect analysis revealed that the younger the child and the milder the myopia,the better the result.CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigating eyes for treatment of adolescent myopia short and long term results were better than the topical use of atropine.Together with children＇s great compliance,it was worthy of clinical application.
