摘要
目的:探讨医改"芜湖模式"中药品供应链信息平台的特点和作用。方法:通过对我国新医改中药品供应链建设展望,分析芜湖药品供应链信息平台的优势特点和监管作用。结果:实现了药品流通环节和药品使用环节的互通互助,降低药品运营成本,推动医院药事由药品供应型向服务型转变,为政府全流程监管提供技术支持。结论:医改"芜湖模式"在完成药品零差率销售改革后,又利用药品供应链信息平台,强化政府对药品采购储运流程和药品使用的监管,进一步降低药品价格。
Objective：The thesis aims to explore the characteristics and functions of building up information platform of medicine supplying chain in ＂Wuhu mode＂ of healthcare reform.Research Methods：Through looking forward to the prospect of medicine supplying chain construction in China’s new healthcare reform.Furthermore,the advantage and supervising functions of information platform in Wuhu medicine supplying chain were analyzed in details.Results：The medicine circulation and medicine application in Wuhu city could be mutually beneficial and helpful to each other so that the cost of medicine circulating and operating could be effectively reduced.Moreover,the hospitals’ medicine business could shift their focus from supplying medicine to serving patients,and the governments’ whole-process supervision could be provided with technological support.Conclusion：After the medicine zero profit marketing reform was finished by ＂Wuhu mode＂ in healthcare reform,the government supervision on medicine purchasing,circulating,storing and transporting,and medicine application could be enhanced through information platform of medicine supplying chain.In this way,the medicine price would be further reduced.
