摘要
目的研究嘧啶亚硝脲(ACNU)对脑胶质瘤术后残余组织治疗效果,分析有利预后的因素。方法选取唐山市人民医院150例确诊为脑胶质瘤患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用ACNU于脑胶质瘤术后两周进行化疗,1次/d,2～3mg/kg。对照组患者在施行常规性开颅肿瘤切除之后,采用单纯的放射性化疗。对比两组的生存率和不良反应。结果实验组经数据统计后分析得出患者术后第一年、第三年、第五年的生存率分别是:83.31%,64.15%,31.23%,相对对照组而言,化疗组预后在术后一年时并无明显差异(P>0.05),但是患者术后3到5年存活率则存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后化疗方法与病理分级是影响脑胶质瘤预后的重要因素,AVNU辅助化疗可以提高患者生存率,抑制肿瘤生长。
Objective To study effect of pyrimidine nitrosourea（ACNU） intreatment of glioma postoperative residual tissue,analysis of the factors of favorable prognosis.Methods Our hospital 150 cases diagnosed glioma patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group were treated with ACNU in glioma two weeks after chemotherapy,1 time / day,2~3mg/kg.The control group patients after the implementation of routine craniotomy for tumor resection,the use of radioactive chemotherapy alone.Comparison of two groups of survival and adverse reactions.Results The experimental group after statistical analysis obtained in patients with the first year after the third year,the first five-year survival rates were： 83.31%,64.15%,31.23%,compared with the control group,prognosis of conventional treatment and pyrimidine nitrosourea treatment one year after surgery was no significant difference（P0.05）,postoperative 3~5 year survival rate was significantly different,there was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Postoperative chemotherapy and pathological grading are important factors in the prognosis of glioma AVNU adjuvant chemotherapy can improve patient survival,and inhibite of tumor growth.
