摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对晚期恶性胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法将56例恶性胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分为对照组28例和观察组28例,所有患者均进行奥沙利铂、甲基四氢叶酸、5-氟尿嘧啶(FOLFOX)联合化疗方案治疗,观察组在化疗期间加用参芪扶正注射液;于化疗前后采集患者空腹外周血,用PAS流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞亚群。结果化疗结束后,对照组患者CD3(61.23±11.69)、CD4(30.03±9.28)、CD8(21.33±7.54)及CD4/CD8(1.02±0.46)水平与治疗前比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者与治疗前比较变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液能改善进行FOLFOX联合化疗方案治疗的晚期恶性胃肠道肿瘤患者的免疫功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the immune function in the patients with advanced malignant gastrointestinal tumors.Methods 56 cases of malignant gastrointestinal tumors were randomized into the control group（28 cases） and the observation group（28 cases）.All patients underwent FOLFOX combination chemotherapy regimen.The observation group was added Shenqi Fuzheng Injection during the chemotherapy period.Fasting peripheral blood specimens were collected before and after chemotherapy for detecting the lymphocyte subsets by PAS flow cytometry.Results After chemotherapy,CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 levels in the control group were significantly reduced than before chemotherapy,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Compared with before chemotherapy,the observation group had little change without statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can improve the immune function in the patients with advanced malignant gastrointestinal tumor treaed by FOLFOX,and improve their quality of life.
