摘要
为了优化蛹虫草多糖超声提取工艺,采用响应曲面法,根据中心旋转试验设计,研究超声提取时间、提取温度和液料比等工艺条件对提取率的影响。结果表明:蛹虫草多糖超声提取最佳工艺条件为超声提取时间65min、温度80℃、液固比32mL/g、提取2次,提取率可达3.89%。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize polysaccharide ultrasonic-assisted extraction process from cultured C.militaris based on a central composite design(CCD),the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of material to liquid on the yield of polysaccharide were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows: ultrasonic-assisted extraction time 65 min,extraction temperature 80℃,ratio of material to liquid 32 mL/g and extraction times two,then the yield of polysaccharide was 3.889%.
