摘要
分析了大直径工件的检测方法及其理论依据,通过在工艺中确定测量基准,并使用机床对检测结果进行复测,从而达到保证零件加工精度的目的。最后讨论了一种简易量具的设计思路及其测量精度。
The test method for large diameter workpieces and its theoretical basis was analyzed. To ensure the machining precision of workpieces, the measuring basis was determined in process, and the test results were measured repeatedly with machine tool. Finally the design idea for a simple measuring tool and its test precision was discussed.
