摘要
目的观察硒酵母片联合右归丸、左甲状腺素钠治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法将120例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予硒酵母片、右归丸联合左甲状腺素钠治疗,对照组60例予左甲状腺素钠治疗。2组疗程均为6个月。观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后甲状腺激素水平及抗体变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率94.2%,对照组总有效率80.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平均较治疗前上升,超敏促甲状腺激素(sTSH)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)及甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组治疗后FT3、FT4及TSH比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论硒酵母片、右归丸联合左甲状腺素钠治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症疗效肯定。
Objective To observe the effect of combination of selenium, Youguiwan and levothyroxinesodium on primary hypothyroidism. Methods 120 patients with primary hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group（ n = 60） were treated by levothyroxine sodium. 60 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of selenium, Youguiwan and levothyroxine sodium. The therapeutic course was six months in two groups. The clinical effect, thyroid hormone levels and antibody changes were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.2% and 80.5% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of FT and FT4 after treat- ment were increased as compared with those before treatment in two groups, the levels of TSH, TGAb and TPOAb were decreased （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference between two groups on FT3 , FT4 and TSH （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Combination of selenium, Y ouguiwan and levothyroxine sodium has a definite therapeutic effect on primary hypothyroidism.
