摘要
江安李采后于3℃±1℃条件下贮藏,对其采后生理特性进行分析。结果表明:江安李属跃变型果实,并有两个呼吸高峰,贮藏过程中主要以有机酸和可溶性固形物为呼吸基质。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与贮藏时间呈极显著负相关,多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)活性、果胶甲酯酶(PE)活性及果实外渗液电导率均与贮藏时间呈极显著正相关。
Physiological properties of post-harvested Plum (Prunnus Salicina Lindl) are studied under the condition of 3℃±1℃. The respiratory drift of Jiang’an plum belongs to climacteric type, having double climacteric peaks, the main respiratory substrates are organic acid and total dissolved solid (TDS) during storage and the activity of catalase (CAT) is notably adverse to the time, the activities of Polygalacturonase (PG) pectinmethylesterase (PE) and conductance rate of the fruit extract are markedly related to storage time.
