摘要
社会资本指的是期望在市场中得到回报而进行的社会关系的投资,其对企业行为有着重要影响。通过创业板180家上市公司的样本,实证研究了社会资本对企业技术创新的影响。研究结果显示,拥有社会资本的企业研发费用投入和技术人力投入均显著小于没有社会资本的企业。进一步研究还发现,这种影响主要来自于后天形成的、主动的社会资本。研究表明寻求社会资本对于企业的创新投入有"挤出效应"。
Social capital is the investment on social relationship in order to get return, which imposes strong influence on enter- prise behavior. Base on the sample of 180 enterprises listed on GEM （Growth Enterprise Market） board, this paper has studied the effects of social capital on technological innovation. It shows that R＆D expense ratio and technician ratio of firms which has social cap- ital is obviously lower than those without social capital. Further study shows that this difference comes from those active social capital acquired. It indicates that social capital will crowd out technological innovation.
