摘要 随着现代电力电子技术的不断进步,各种高精度的电子设备不断涌现,而这些设备的正常运行,都离不开电源系统的有效支持。本设计是基于紫外光电管测试系统而设计的一种高压脉冲电源,主要用于给紫外光电管系统供电,也可以用于给其他设备供电。利用SOC技术控制高频PWM调制来产生脉宽和频率可调的脉冲信号,用于对高压直流电源进行控制。经实践证明,在用户规定的频率范围内,其输出的脉冲电压幅度连续可调,电压调节方便、精度高,是一种稳定可靠的可调高压脉冲电源。 With the continuous progress of modern power electronics technology, a lot of high-precision electronic equipment is emerging,and the safe operation of these devices need effective support of the power supply system. The design is a high voltage pulsed power supply based on the ultraviolet tube test system. It is mainly used to supply power to the ultraviolet tube system, which can be also used on other devices. It uses SOC technology to control the high frequency PWM modulation to generate the pulse signal with width and frequency adjustable, which is used to control of high-voltage DC power supply. It has been proved, in the range of user defined frequency, the output of pulse voltage amplitude is continuously adjustable,and the voltage is convenient to adjust with high precision. It is a stable, reliable and adjustable high-voltage pulsed power supply.
