摘要
研究了 Ti Cl4 Al Et1.5Cl1.5催化体系中异戊二烯三聚的各种影响因素及其对催化剂活性、选择性的影响。实验确定出了异戊二烯催化三聚的适宜操作条件和反应介质。在 Ti Cl4 Al Et1.5Cl1.5催化体系中 ,用甲苯作溶剂 ,异戊二烯三聚体的重量收率和选择性达 90 %以上。
A variety of the contributing factors and their effect on active and selectivity of TiCl 4AlEt 1.5 Cl 1.5 catalyst were researched. The optimum operating condition and reaction medium of isoprene trimerization were established. In TiCl 4AlEt 1.5 Cl 1.5 catalyst system, more then 90% of both yield and selectivity on isoprene trimer were obtained with toluene as reaction medium.
