摘要
用合成反应经产品分离后的母液作反应介质 ,合成了甲烷磺酰氯产品 ,提高了反应收率 ,增加了经济效益 ,减小了环境污染 ,获得了综合利用的效果。同时 ,讨论了连续加料法对反应时间的影响 ,在此基础上 ,提出了连续法生产甲烷磺酰氯的工艺设想。
Methane sulfonyl chloride was prepared, with the higher yield, by reacting dimethyl disulfide with chloride in the medium comprising mother solution separated methane sulfonyl chlioride from reaction mixture. Pollution of the environment was decreased. Economic benefits were improved. The comprehensive utilization was obtained. Moreover effect of continuous feed on reaction time was discussed. On the above mentioned basis, the process method of preparing continuously methane sulfonyl chloride was suggested.
