摘要
在重视创造阅读条件吸引读者的同时,不能忽略图书管理员的个人阅读经验在职业活动中的应用。个人阅读经验是图书管理员职业形成与发展的基础,图书管理员应当成为阅读指导专家,个人阅读也是本职工作开展和自我职业意识提升的前提。
We should put attention to create reading conditions by introducing new products and technology to attract readers, at the same time we shouldnt ignore the personal reading experience of the librarian. Reading experience is the foundation of personal and professional formation and devel- opment of the librarian. The librarian should be the experts who offer the reader instructions. Thus, it is able to promote the development of job and advance the consciousness of occupation by the li- brarian＇s positive reading.
