摘要
文章研究了发展中国家电子商务政策与企业电子商务创新能力和市场空间等因素的相互关系,对企业电子商务做了一个内生性的拓展,以说明在提高电子商务水平的活动中,企业将政府政策转化成电子商务应用能力的程度存在差异;并在非合作博弈的基础上,分析了两国在一定创新能力下的企业间相互作用和最优电子商务决策下政策转化为电子商务应用能力的程度。研究表明,发展中国家制定电子商务优惠政策时需要考虑企业电子商务技术溢出、电子商务创新能力和市场空间等情况。
This paper analyses the relation among Electronic Commerce(EC)-policies in developing countries,EC innovation ability and market space.An endogenous expansion of enterprises′ EC is made to demonstrate the fact that during promoting the enterprises EC-level,there are differences between enterprises in the degree as EC application ability is transformed from EC-policies.Based on the non-cooperative game,the interaction between the enterprises under certain EC innovation ability in two countries with deferent development levels is analyzed,and the degree of EC application ability transformed from EC-policies is also analyzed.The study shows that when the developing countries make the decision policies and measures of EC,the level of EC overflow,the level of EC innovation ability,and market space should be taken into account.
