摘要
介绍了钢丝水浴淬火的原理和淬火介质聚丙烯酸钠(ACR)的特性。结果表明,经ACR水浴处理的钢丝力学性能比较稳定,奥氏体化温度较高的钢丝经水浴处理后抗拉强度较高;经ACR水浴和铅浴淬火处理的钢丝组织以索氏体为主,但ACR水浴处理的钢丝中铁素体较铅浴处理后的要多,抗拉强度比铅浴处理后的低30 MPa。
The water bath quenching principle of steel wires and characteristics of quenching medium sodium polyacrylate (ACR) are introduced. The results show that the mechanical properties of steel wires are comparatively stable after ACR water bath quenching, and the tensile strength is relatively better at higher austenitizing temperature. The microstructure of steel wires after ACR water bath quenching or lead bath quenching is mainly composed of sorbiite, however the microstructure of steel wires after ACR water bath quenching consist more of ferrite and the tensile strength is 30 MPa lower than that after lead bath quenching.
