摘要
在对两试点地区县级医院取消药品加成现状总结的基础上,运用利益相关者理论,分析县级医院取消药品加成后各利益相关方的改变,得出县级医院取消药品加成后可能产生的负面影响以及克服这些负面影响的相应措施,为各地县级医院实施取消药品加成改革提供政策建议。
On the basis of summarizing present situation of county hospitals＇ canceling drug price addition in two pilot areas, stakeholder theory is applied to analyze stakeholders＇ changes after county hospitals＇ canceling drug price addition, to obtain that it may lead negative influence and it should have supporting measures if we want to acquire good effect after county hospitals＇ canceling drug price addition, to provide some suggestions for popularizing the policy of county hospitals＇ canceling drug price addition.
