摘要 [目的]测定水基胶中的苯系物。[方法]分别对不同的前处理方法、溶剂、顶空平衡时间和平衡温度进行比较选择,并采用气质联用法/SIM测定水基胶中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯。[结果]N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为最佳溶剂,顶空条件为最佳前处理手段,且其最佳平衡温度80℃,最佳平衡时间15 min;该方法的回收率为96.96%~105.19%,RSD为1.082%~2.082%,定量限为0.003~0.016 mg/kg。[结论]顶空-气质联用法前处理简单、污染小,方法简单、快速,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,测定结果准确、可靠。 [Objective] To determine the BTEX in gluewater.[Method] Different pretreatment methods,solvents,the balance time and the balance temperature of headspace were compared.A method of GC/MS/SIM was used to to determine the contents of benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene,p-xylene,m-xylene and o-xylene in the gluewater.[Result] N,N-dimethylformamide was the first solvent.Headspace was the best of all pretreatment methods,and the best balance time was 80 ℃,the best balance temperature was 15 min.The recovery of the method was from 96.96% to 105.19% with RSD of 1.082% to 3.288%,and the limits of detection was from 0.003 to 0.016 mg/kg.[Conclusion] The HS-GC/MS method is simple and rapid with simple pretreatment,little pollution,high accuracy and sensitivity,its determination results are reliable and accurate.
