控轧控冷工艺对X120管线钢碳氮化物析出的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同的控轧控冷工艺研究了未再结晶区变形量、冷却速度和终冷温度等轧制工艺参数对X120管线钢碳氮化物析出的影响,并根据Orowan机制对析出相强度贡献量进行了理论估算.结果表明:轧制工艺的变化对析出相的类型与相结构没有影响;提高未再结晶区变形量主要可促进铌的析出,并有利于提高X120管线钢的屈服强度;冷却速度和终冷温度对X120管线钢碳氮化物析出的影响较小. This paper deals with the effects of such rolling parameters as the deformation in non-recrystallization region, the cooling rate and the final cooling temperature on the carbonitride precipitation from X120 pipeline steel in different controlled rolling and cooling processes, and theoretically estimates the strength contribution of precipitated phase based on the Orowan mechanism. The results show that the rolling process has no effect on the type and structure of the precipitated phase, that the increase of deformation in non-reerystallization region mainly promotes the precipitation of Nb and improves the yield strength of X120 pipeline steel, and that the cooling rate and the final cooling temperature have little influence on the precipitation of carhonitride.
