摘要
目的:探索未婚流动人口青年接触媒体性信息与其性与生殖健康知识、性观念态度的关联。方法:本研究对上海某工厂270名15~30岁的未婚流动人口开展匿名自填式问卷调查,了解其媒体使用情况、性与生殖健康知识和性观念态度。研究采用接触媒体性信息量(Sexual Media Diet)得分来测量对象对媒体性信息的暴露量,并通过最优尺度回归,分析对象接触媒体性信息量与其性知识及态度的关联。结果:对象最近三个月经常接触的电视、电影、杂志和网络中含性信息单元数占总单元数的9.7%。对象接触媒体性信息量得分的中位数为16.03。接触媒体性信息越多的对象,其性与生殖健康知识得分越低。此外,接触媒体性信息越多的男性对象,对恋人与他人发生性行为的宽容度越高。结论:接触媒体获得的性信息并不能增加流动人口青年性与生殖健康知识,媒体性信息暴露与其性相关态度有一定的统计学关联。
Objectives: To investigate the correlation between young migrants' exposure to sexual information in the media and their sexual and reproductive health knowledge and attitudes. Methods: Anonymous questionnaires were administered to 270 workers aged between 15 ~ 30 in a certain factory in Shanghai to understand their media exposure to sexual information, and their sex and reproductive health knowledge. Sexual media diet (SMD) scores were used to assess each individual' s exposure to sexual content in the media. The optimal scaling regression was used to explore the association between SMD and the workers' sexual knowledge and attitudes. Results: The surveyed workers' exposure to sex information units accounted for 9.7% of their overall exposure to media information units in TV, films, magazines and websites. The median. SMD score was 16.03. Exposure to sexual information in the media showed negative correlation with sexual and reproductive health knowledge of young migrant workers. Male respondents' exposure to sexual information in the media contributed to their sexual permissiveness. Conclusion: Sex and reproductive knowledge can't be increased with more exposure to sexual information in the media. There is a significant correlation between the exposure to sexual information in the media and unmarried young migrants' sexual attitudes.
