摘要
球墨铸铁件浇注系统的设计往往有多种可供选择的工艺方案。为了获得最佳的方案,本文利用华铸CAE/InteCast软件,模拟了浇注系统位置及尺寸对球墨铸铁铸件质量的影响。通过分析模拟结果,确定了最佳的浇注系统,生产的铸件无缩孔缩松缺陷。
There are several options available for designing the gating system in Nodular Iron casting process. In order to obtain the best process for the gating system of nodular iron castings, the effects of gating system, including different locations and size, on the quality of castings were simulated with the aid of HUA ZHU CAE/InteCast software. Through analysis on the simulation results, the best gating system, which can produce castings without shrinkage cavity and porosity, are obtained.
